Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, HR Operations to provide
advanced analytics and insights for HR Operations and workforce
management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced reporting and analysis on turnover, staffing, and
operational performance
Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to the associate
lifecycle
Participate in headcount reconciliation and collaborate with HR
leaders and finance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, HR, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years' experience compiling operational metrics from
various systems
Experience with HR, workforce management, and large data set
analysis
Demonstrated program and project management experience
Experience using Workday and advanced Excel skills
