Key Responsibilities
Define and own Growth OKRs, collaborating with cross-functional
teams
Analyze growth funnel metrics and implement experiments to improve
user engagement
Develop strategies for user activation, onboarding, and product
adoption
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in growth marketing for a B2B enterprise
SaaS company
Strong understanding of funnel metrics, testing, and
optimization
Experience with experimentation design and evaluating growth
strategies
Familiarity with marketing technology stack and content
marketing
Experience in project management and strategic alignment across
stakeholders
