Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Reliability
Engineer IV to provide dedicated support for strategic
accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve unique issues affecting thousands of users on
the platform
Collaborate with Implementation and Product Engineers to produce
code changes and suggest complex solutions
Act as a liaison between customers, Customer Success, and
Engineering teams during escalations
Required Qualifications
Expert knowledge of APIs
Ability to interpret, develop, and execute complex scripts
Experience working directly with customers to diagnose and resolve
issues
Empathy and understanding of customer needs
Experience in a technical support or engineering role
