You will ensure high availability, scalability, and security of our AI-driven healthcare platform. Collaborate with developers, SREs, and data teams to streamline deployments and improve system performance.What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and monitoring tools.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of cloud services.
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards (HIPAA, SOC2).
• Troubleshoot incidents, providing on-call support as needed.
• Collaborate on infrastructure as code (IaC) initiatives.Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in cloud operations, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related tools.
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform).
• Familiarity with HIPAA and SOC2 compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of security practices in cloud environments.Compensation:The base compensation range for the role is: $100,000 - $130,000 based on leveling and desired cash/equity split. Philosophically, we lean towards generous equity grants so that our team truly gets to share in the impact they create.Are you outside of the range?
