Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales & Customer Service Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Coach team members on problem-solving, stakeholder management, and effective communication
Draw insights from analyses to develop recommendations and drive implementation
Manage cross-functional stakeholders and resolve data integrity issues

Required Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in a SaaS environment
Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative field
Expertise in sales and customer service metrics
Proficiency in SQL and Tableau (or equivalent software)
Proven experience in people leadership and team building
