Head Chef Opportunity at Kaiser TigerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Kaiser Tiger. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu formulation, inventory management, and staff supervision.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement menus that meet the high standards of Kaiser Tiger
• Manage inventory and ordering to ensure efficient use of resources
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure excellent food quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectivesRequirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, inventory management, and staff supervision
  • Up-to-date sanitation certification, including Food Manager Certificate
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
