Restaurant Operations ManagerSmall Cheval, a part of Hogsalt, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. With 11 quick-service locations, we are expanding our presence in the Chicagoland area and looking for a leader who can help us maintain our high standards of quality and customer service.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the Events, Marketing and Branding, Purchasing, Culinary, and Small Cheval Director teams to promote the overall financial health of the restaurant.Requirements:
  • At least two years of FOH leadership experience in quick-service or full-service restaurants.
  • Experience with staffing/scheduling, including recruiting, training, schedule writing, and payroll.
  • Experience managing a P&L and strong financial understanding.
  • Ability to identify problems and be solution-oriented regarding service and restaurant operations.What We Offer:
