Job Description:

A company is looking for a Microsoft Teams / Skype Customer Engineer.
Key Responsibilities

Advocate for customer success and develop relationships with technical decision makers
Assess customer requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions
Guide team members to enhance customer experience and address skill gaps

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Modern Workplace solutions
Enterprise support experience for Microsoft Teams, including implementation and troubleshooting
Knowledge of supporting technologies like Azure Active Directory and PowerShell
Experience with Microsoft Teams app development and governance
Advanced Microsoft certifications preferred
