Job Description:

Extrinsic has a direct client in Chicago, IL looking for a junior HRIS Business Analyst to join their full-time staff.

Potential candidates should have the following skills and experience:

*3-5 years of IT Business Analysis experience

*Experience with some sort of HRIS system (e.g. SAP or PeopleSoft)

*Exposure to Workday HRIS system

*Bachelor?s Degree
