Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRM Administrator with dialer
experience, ideally from a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, maintain, and optimize the CRM system
Implement new enhancements, including custom forms, reports, and
workflows
Provide user administration and support for training and demos of
new functionality
Required Qualifications and Education
5+ years of experience in software solutions, including application
setup and data migration
Deep knowledge of CRM systems architecture and configuration
4+ years of experience with SQL and report writing
3+ years of experience with JavaScript and ETL data loading
CS/IS/MIS degree preferred or equivalent combination of education
and experience
