Client Service Representative

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Client Service Representative responsible for providing excellent client service to Allied members.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between clients/brokers and internal departments
Deliver client complaints to relevant departments and provide follow-up on claim issues
Facilitate the renewal of existing cases and assist with special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of Medical Claims experience required
Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with web-based applications required
RIMS Claim Processing System experience preferred
