Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Customer Professional to
serve as a point of contact for service issues and client
inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with service issues and enter service requests
into systems for resolution
Educate clients and advisors on services and troubleshoot usability
issues
Process routine service transactions and resolve account service
casework in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
0 to 1 year of relevant experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
Access to high-speed internet for remote work
Previous customer service experience preferred
